Damaged, worn or incomplete returned items cannot be refunded.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method , as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
Refund
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the acceptance or refusal of the refund.
If your application is approved:

Defective products or order error
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, attaching a photo of the product in question if possible.
In this case, we will take care of replacing or refunding the product.
